When I started looking for a property, the last thing I wanted was to be dragged around by a real estate agent to listings that I was not 100% keen on seeing. On the other hand, I knew I didn’t have the time to keep on top of the listings that fit my criteria all by myself.
After a friend of mine gave me Adam’s number, he set me up so I could view only the properties that fit my specific criteria. Essentially after that, all I had to do was tell him what I wanted to see, which made me in control.
When viewing the properties, he was always very professional and business like. However, he was also not afraid to ask the tough questions of the owners or the listing agents, and often times brought up concerns that I had never even considered. In addition, he was always very good in getting me into the properties right away.
The property that I ended up purchasing was a foreclosure. Adam, was very knowledgeable in this regard, to the point where he was actually schooling the listing agent on certain points on how the process worked. He was also not afraid to write an offer.
