    Interesting clip. I have several friends that have been talking about picking up real estate in the States because it is less expensive, but I don’t think they have the same strong rental market we have here. I want to get into the market myself and pick up a rental property, I am just waiting for prices to drop. Lots of my friends say they are going to drop lower with the economy and all. However, this video makes me think my friends could be wrong. What do you advise? When is the best time to purchase?

      Thanks for taking the time to read our blog.

      We have a fantastic market here in Vancouver, with all the major drivers for growth in place. While purchasing real estate in the US can be great for cash flow, as Don mentioned, we are sitting at where prices should be. They just appear cheap to us, as the $ value is lower. This does not mean buyer’s are getting a good deal.

      Purchasing investment real estate can be a complex process, however we have many years of experience securing great deals for our clients. I will be in touch later today to discuss the market in further detail with you.
